Here we show that EWSR1::FLI1 also affects mRNA decay by interacting with the CCR4-NOT deadenylation complex and the RNA-binding protein HuR. This not only reshapes the molecular portray of EWSR1::FLI1 but also uncovers a new vulnerability of Ewing sarcoma to HuR inhibition. 💊
