I grew up against the foothills in so cal, and dang, it was the absolute worst. You couldn't see the mountains most days. That people would try and take us back to this boggles the mind, until you remember that to these people money is the only thing that counts.

You'll need some skis this time of year, but I'd imagine it's pretty amazing. In other news, I've got this place reserved near polebtidge soon ish and figure on doing a bit of snowshoeing.
