Along the river plains and run off basins the street trees thrive. However on the upper plateaus in Calgary they either have to find more plains/ drought tolerant trees or change their planting methods because the trees struggle in dryer conditions

Don't forget to hit up the dollar store for glow sticks or a light up toy wand. Glow sticks would probably be the cheapest option because you can get a bag of them and hand them out to other kids who will think it's awesome and amp up the experience for everyone.

Mine was a dollarstore one. So less that $5 Canadian. A bag of glow sticks is another inexpensive option

This is one of the proposed BRT routes that I think they should just go with a train. It's a simple straight route that's practically on the airports doorstep at the north end

It's my main route to ride to downtown. It's stressful. I was so looking forward to its upgrade. But it thanks to Dreshen it may be on the chopping block. I really hope not
