I almost never eat McDonald's.. but I find myself on the M1. I'm inordinately pleased though to get the fabled 000 order. :) (McPlant meal before you wonder).

As I said this morning, I'm back in the City a day or so a week. The new gaff is posh, we've got a load of Roman rubble in our cafeteria.

Thanks. I had to buy new oak sticks. Then drill holes in ends, then make slots for bolt nuts.. then sand the sticks..then 3 coats of oil..so overall about 3 weekends.

I've been insanely busy today, but I did find time to pop outside on my own and gently put the third coat of oil on my wood.

Don't. Salvaged this old bench thinking I'd fix it up. It's cost me £300+ so far in wood and bolts, screws and a router..
