my point is that displacement and exclusion today aren’t accidents—they’re built into how land and housing are controlled under capitalism. w/o fundamentally changing who owns and manages housing, supply side yimby positions won’t actually stop those harms

not enough ppl being thoughtful about complexity and justice… im not waiting for a perfect revolution before making change. dismantling apartheid housing policy is urgent &necessary but real justice means that AND long term structural change
