That's a good process tbh, I'm still sceptical mainly bc in my experience ppl really don't like reading loool

At Heroku we had 3 teirs of issues that came in: t1 was super easy stuff, usually stuff that’s covered in the docs. t2 required more digging, e.g. paid servers randomly shutting down & t3 was usually specialist e.g. something wrong w/ a specific heroku package.
Most enquiries were t1.
