As an Australian who's watching all of this unfold, it's given me a lot of mixed feelings. Mostly anguish. I went through the five stages of grief over this about 2 months. Now it's just anguish & numbness.
Being in the UK and watching the US wait to see if Tiktok will be banned is such a surreal feeling. That app will never be the same, and so many of us will still be there, waiting to see if our own governments will take America's lead and ban it. My heart goes out to all the US content creators rn ❤️
