There's plenty of American horror stories from the Gilded Age. Teddy Roosevelt spent most of his Presidency being the Trust Buster, smashing these monopolies up.

It certainly is. I got new Correlle dishes for Christmas, and I'm so excited to get them out and wash them in my clean kitchen. I hope the next new thing we get is the dishwasher. I miss it terribly. Especially for cups, glasses, and silverware.

I always check my pocket before I shut the door. We have another key, at our house, 3 miles from my work. And sometimes my husband leaves all his keys in the car, except his car key cause it is separate. Then he is stranded at home, and I'm at work with all the keys.
