Joined my sister on her English proficiency class with locals! What an experience to talk to them about normal life in Belgium and Japan! Hurried back to Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen to Kyoto!

I arrived in Tokyo a couple of days ago. The heat and humidity is intense and so is the AC, luckily. The amount of single use plastic around and for everything is insane coming from Europe. See you in two weeks for round 2.

This is a neighborhood cat and my friend, he claims it's not his cat, because you can't own a living creature he says. The cat follows him everywhere outside and inside, waking him up in the morning. He already bought food, and there are water and food bowls inside The photos speak for themselves. 🫶

Last day, of the 170km journey, weather ☀️ and wind 💨 cloudy but dry. Got woken up by roosters 🐓 on the left and right gardens. The neighbourhood cat adopted my friend, she enjoyed playing around my tent. Beautiful little villages and calm Sunday roads.

Last day, of the 170km journey, weather ☀️ and wind 💨 cloudy but dry. Got woken up by roosters 🐓 on the left and right gardens. The neighbourhood cat adopted my friend, she enjoyed playing around my tent. Beautiful little villages and calm Sunday roads.
Day 2/3, 72 km, lots of headwind and rain in the morning. The views and seeing my grandma's and ending the day at a friend! Tired and full of food 👌.
