Well when it comes to my old (briefly) ESPNPage2 pagemates, it's him or we ressurect HST.

Come to think of it, "Ressurecting HST" is a "one last mission to save the country" movie plot I could get behind...

Forgive me, but this is what I first saw...

fun fact: when ABC let Miller go, my terrific ESPN.Com editors pitched an Annotated John Madden spinoff (which would have been a hoot as a one off), and ABC was, "um yeah, nope, not doing anything to upset the new golden goose" heheh

This feels like the opening of the movie where the young govt agent seeks out the grizzled old guy with PTSD living in isolation in a cabin on a mountaintop and says, "we need you to come back for one more mission" and the hermit says, "I ain't like that anymore" lol
