Gimp needs training. 31km in an hour just isn't good enough. Any coaches want to train it up?

Inspired by @italrub.bsky.social 's wetsuit cycle, I thought I'd try it!

The 35km took 1:08, body temp went from 36.4 to 38.8⁰C and I lost 3.5L of sweat (weight loss). HR ended at 167 rather than normal 140. Fun challenge. Anyone else want to try?
