Go to the dentist for your cleaning. See your primary doctor and get your bloodwork done. Drink some electrolytes. Get a massage. Take a nap. Read a book. Do a 30min workout. Learn how to make at least 1 new meal. Call an elder.

I should have known it wasn’t going to be short lived experience when someone from many moons ago tried to re-match with me on some “Hope all has been well🙏🏽”. Mind you, he was the one who was sassy & passive aggressive when I ended things
