Lol, might have. But I started thinking about it, and they would never greet their church peeps like that, so why is it such a thing to do that with kids?

My first solo Thanksgiving, I cut myself making stuffing and bled all over it. Rodney Dangerfield was a friend and he came into the kitchen and found me crying. He grabbed a spoon, mixed the blood in and and said "Honey, they're all drunk." Everyone ate it.

Same. My MiL always tells some medical tragedy story at dinner (this year it was an aneurysm) and my FiL recounts all the sports games played this year. I tuned back in when my MiL said "camel's milk is very tasty" but it wasn't as interesting as you'd think.

Not to immediately jump in with "have you tried?" but...have you ever tried Lolleez? They are made with pectin, I think, and are really soothing. The last cold we had, my daughter and I were amazed at how much they helped.

Yeah 30 minutes is the best I can do (kid not a sleeper so my days are long) but it gives me time to let out the dogs and start the coffee at least.

It's a setting. I have mine set to manual. I believe I access it through the "about this book" menu item
