I've made decent use of the NHS for the last 5 years with visits to haematology, dermatology, gastrology as well as my GP and NHS dentist. Not one of those visits would have been possible if this policy in place as each were staffed by those who would leave under this policy.

Good. Hopefully the attitude towards HRT will also change. It's bizarre that GPs will hand out birth control pills like smarties, but treat HRT like it's a forbidden drug that could lead to wrack and ruin.

It's not always about discipline, my child was placed in isolation because he was wearing trainers instead of the school approved shoes (which had fallen apart and not replaced due to the fact it was nearly the end of the summer term).
Punishing a child for a parents perceived failure is not ok.

We're kidding ourselves if we don't realise that the civil service runs this country and not the politicians, the only odd thing about it is how so many politicians aren't prepared to admit it and would rather seize the ring of power themselves.

When I was younger, you always knew which areas to avoid (where there were active BNP groups). It was like a dirty secret. Now it's everywhere...online...in person...people are emboldened by the stuff the see online, on certain 'news' channels.

If I can't get my 16 year old to empty the dishwasher, chances of getting them to go to the polling station are pretty slim.

Obviously an independent estate agency trick....we had one locally which would park their MASSIVE van illegally on a corner right near our local primary school...nothing says we care about our community like endangering nursery and primary aged kids..

The surveyor for the house we sold gouged several holes in the walls and left the debris everywhere, no apology, no explanation; the purchaser was livid about the holes when he moved in, we explained that their contractor had done it and sent him on his merry way.
