You can just play Ace Combat 3, it's a PlayStation game in every region. However, there was a sizable effort a few years ago that translated the Japanese version, so you can see what the full, two-disc experience was actually like. You can find that here:

Ace Combat 3, the way it was meant to be seen, with all its anime bullshit, instead of the neutered version that was released outside of Japan. In fact, the anime is so crucial that this double page magazine advertisement is seen in AX, an anime periodical, June 1999.

It has been 25 years since May 27th, 1999, the original release date of Ace Combat 3 in Japan. Last year, we released our fan translation in English, Spanish, and Italian, allowing fans to enjoy the game and hopefully attract new ones.
