At least when I did therapy in college it was free. This costs money. Thankfully I got a nurse appointment and switched my meds and it seems to be working a bit. I’m just annoyed that I have to go and come up with something to say for an hour.

She just says “you’re so smart. Everything will work out.” I don’t have the motivation to do anything and I have paralyzing fear working on this paper that is crucial to finishing my degree and moving on. She just gives me the same advice of working on it a bit everyday.

I’m into kpop as well!! I listen to a lot of groups including nmixx and I’m trying to get into their variety. My main groups are Xdinary Heroes, Boynextdoor, and Onewe I hope more people move over here
