Ugh I have therapy in an hour. This is the second period in my life that I’ve tried therapy and I really feel it is not for me. Especially because I’m academically smart and physically put together, I feel like when I go she is just wondering why I am there.

I just tried a medjool date for the first time. I really like energy bars made of dates so I thought I would try one. It just tasted really sweet, maybe a molasses flavor with gummy texture. The more I ate it, the more I liked it. I know there other kinds of dates so I want to try them all.
