3) Messaging alignment: especially when you want a NEW demographic. New audience = new objections + new language. Targeting can be right and still miss if the message is for your old buyer.

2) Offer strength: if clicks are fine but actions drop, the offer isn’t giving a clear “why now.” Clearer outcome, fewer steps, stronger proof/bonus, real urgency.
