The last few nights, I have found it helpful to pray an examen prayer as I prepare to sleep. The Examen allows us to connect with God, reflect deeply, receive God‘s grace, consider what’s next. We give thanks. We get a reset. I’ll put resource recommendations in comments. #shinemorelight #shineon

aware of the weight of the call to step into pulpits this morning to speak the truth of the gospel. Even when people are unable to hear it. Praying for beloved colleagues and their resilience and bravery. For their faith and hope and a deep sense of being accompanied.
