Adoption is not social welfare. It is what happens because we *reject* social welfare—because we do *not* help those who need it most. Adoption is a *business*: the business of making affluent people into the parents of less fortunate people’s children.

If a president does something impeachable and isn't impeached, then it's not an impeachable offense. He needs to be impeached for each of his crimes, one at a time, to set the precedent. Yes, a president should be removed for that. Yes, for that. And for that. And that. And that. That. That. That.

Specifically what I am stating here is that, if you create an untouchable class of ultra-wealthy elites, you are inevitably enabling the systematic abuse, trafficking and killing of human beings. Billionairism is a form of psychopathy indivisible from such predation and cruelty.

ICE shouldn't be allowed to retreat to some safer zone. There is no appropriate place for them. Every ICE employee should be charged with crimes against humanity, same for every member of the Trump administration. Nothing else is good enough. "ICE out" means "out of existence."

People are missing a big thing about the saga of the detained 5-year-old. When Vance calls the father an "illegal alien" it seems to reflect a little-known Trump admin move that attempts to nullify asylum claims before they are even heard.
