If a land swap does move forward, we’ll have more tough conversations ahead- about bare-bones reopening needs, and about long-term issues like the leaking roof above the mechanical room (more on that later), and about how we get creative with funding through partnerships and grants.

That’s why I never stopped believing the best path was one that allowed us to invest slowly, in incremental improvements and maintenance, preserving a legacy asset while making practical progress.

way easier. Best method is dry ice burrow busting, which eliminates the majority of them in a day. Traps are also cheap, but people are squeamish.

I had a moment yesterday where I was losing it because I used a sketchy tape measure on my waist and it was bigger than I was expecting at 127lbs; then I looked up averages for people in the US. 38", 170lbs for ladies. 40", 200lbs for dudes. Everything is contextual, you're doing great.
