Help fill this list up! Reach out to Kurt if you are a rangeland ecologist or manager!
Thought it was time for a Rangeland ecology & management starter pack.

Let me know if you would like to be added (or removed).

If you're wondering why you weren't added after a couple days reach out.

Hey folx! I'm so glad you are all here! I'm just figuring this thing out....Here's what I want to know from you - What's your favorite podcast? No qualifiers but I need an explanation

Sub question - I'm horribly sick with some winter death plague and looking for an EcoEvo podcast - Recs?

Just deleted Xwitter. Looking forward to figuring this platform out. By way of introduction:

counted disease-occluded stomates
fought wildland fire
dug (so many) trails
pit tagged juvenile salmonids
Introduce yourself with some jobs you’ve done apart from what you do now:

- operated a chairlift
- prepared museum specimens for Smithsonian
- sold knives (very badly)
- digitized videos of flies watching tv

*my supervisor referred to the flies as “beasts” in a strong Czech accent.
Introduce yourself with some jobs you've done apart from what you do now:

* counseled at camp and led canoe trips
* sorted invoices
* operated a 16" telescope
* ran experiments on a dye laser

(the latter sounds highly skilled but I was an undergraduate student and absolutely terrible at it)

This is how too many academic journal background/discussion sections read. There are so many more thinly cited, buried ideas from less well-known scholars and from other disciplines. We aren't going to see radical discovery if we keep re-playing the same story lines
