Both are 640x480, same lighting, same subject. Turns out raw resolution isn't everything, who knew!

And for British railfans: look, I like the InterCity 125 a lot too. But the cabs of the locomotives are made of fiberglass, which in this sort of situation leads to dead train drivers.
Instead, here the windshield caved in but the cab itself has not. The VIRM is made from metal for a reason.
