I’d imagine it’s a mix of both. He has a vision and a structure, but he’s also hiring other people at the top of their creative game to help him execute it. Ideas have to be allowed to breathe in a collaboration, even if they fail.

We should be able to bill him personally for this shit. We shouldn’t be on the hook to bail out people who voted for this either. They voted for this.
