Every time Joe is sitting nearby and I take out my phone, he will stand like this, patiently waiting for me to take his picture, whether that was my intention or not.

All 4 of our cats were strays, but Lucy’s is the saddest story in that she and a sibling were found tied up in plastic grocery bag and thrown into a dumpster. A couple of little boys playing nearby heard her crying and crawled in to look for her. Her sibling did not make it. Lucy is now 6.
