If a 20' launch loaded w/ cocaine drove up to a pier in NYC, the sailors tied up their boat and then surrendered to the authorities, they'd be handcufffed, taken to jail and prosecuted. They wouldn't be shot dead.

I am retired. I have the tv news on ALL DAY. Why isn't this
on the news instead of some missing gd cat, tracked and
