Things are real stressful on my home front right now. But I sure do have a cute cat who wants cuddles, so that helps.

Whoo boy, I hope these came out edible. They look good??? The crust seemed super tough, so I coated them in butter. We’ll see here in an hour or two. Hoping to have some with the chili I made yesterday.

Okie dokie. Going for french bread, since baguettes seem more complicated and I’m just trying to figure out A Bread. Got a thermometer in the oven (she runs 5-10°F cool). Here’s this batch going into the second proof. Wish me luck 😭
