Cost Savings. I have this salad in our fridge constantly for my wife & me. 1 White/red onion, 1 red pepper, nappa cabbage with Shanghai BokChoy but we prefer Baby BokChoy. Chopped fine. Always double spin washed. It last generally 3 days for lunch/supper. Pretty inexpensive and nutritious for us
