Oven baked supper tonight for 2 of us. Onion, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, tiny frozen meatballs, tortellini, gravy. 3/4 hour bake. Not very expensive paired with our salad. Lots of leftovers for tomorrow.

I’m just coming to the end of the eye drops schedule after having my cataracts removed. Small price to play after recovering 20/20 vision. Whew, I was worried; frightened of the unknown I guess. Went to 🇨🇦Alberta motor vehicles and removed the eye-glass restriction on my driver licence. A win!!😊

I’m really enjoying the Christmas advertising this year. So many wonderful things to dream about. But what I’m really waiting for is the advertisement for hamburger at $2.50/pound. Maybe that will be on New Years’ advertisements so we can have a bang-up New Years supper.

I’ve decided that for future 🇨🇦 Elections I will need more than Candidate promises. I need something concrete … not personal monetary compensation but their absolute, Court enforceable guarantee, that a successful candidate will fulfill all promises on every legislative vote or immediately resign

🇨🇦Poilievre has to somehow force an early election to try to save his own skin. I think the goal now is to tie his Party’s hands and avoid a leadership review by forcing an early election. Will it work? Maybe. Will it save him? I think not. Electors will be very angry & give Liberals a huge majority
