I worked for Kent at BCLS. He’s the GOAT.
In case anyone was wondering, the hero we all need on this was Kent Greenfield, who filed a whole amicus brief about the distinction between the 303 LLC and the owner:

Again, this is the issue for me in 303 Creative: the website is offered by the entity, but the majority conflates Smith's views with the entity. Is that Smith in her capacity as sole owner, or manager, or employee?
