People really do tie themselves into such weird shape knots trying to not admit that they can't vote for a woman. "I can't be sexist," they tell themselves. "My mother was a woman. I have plenty of friends who are women." So, they give a dumb excuse like, "I'm voting to stop all the wars."

Sometime people need to touch to stove to believe it is hot. And some of us need to keep doing it because we forget how much it hurt the last time we touched the stove.
