But, also, the supervision of a lot of these attys has been lacking since Trump 1 in a major way. I highly respect almost all opposing counsel, but things have changed and ethics isn't at the forefront or even a consideration in a lot of their supervision. I have soooo much to say about this.

Since Trump I, the I didn't write it, I just signed it, passed it along, sent it up the chain...has been an increasingly common response in federal employee terminations, along with the bullshit deliberative process objection when questioned about it. Drives me nuts on the daily.

Our contractor's grown son, 20something, saw that my then 10 yo had the most recent Wimpy Kid and borrowed it to read over their lunch break. Can't imagine how anyone truly serious about literacy would take that kind of joy away.
