Am I as neurospicy as I think I am or just ADHD neurospicy?

I think so? Like sometimes I eat my least favorite parts of a dish first. Or if I'm eating a frozen meal and the chicken has a gross texture, I will finish it and have like the pasta as my last bite.

Someday I will talk about something other than myself but I am still learning what is and is not acceptable to me in friendships. 🙃

Also friendships still confuse me. If I sense someone is putting up a ton of guardrails, I am less likely to be open to the friendship.

I got sober at 35, basically a month before I turned 36. And sometimes it sucks that it took so long.

Does this apply to grey tabby cats and does it make them diet voids?

I know we need rest and to recharge, but there's a privilege in being able to do so fairly easily. It begs the question of how I can help those who can't do it so easily.

Tonight before I did laundry, cat boxes, and the dishes I meditated and took a nap. And I keep forgetting that stopping for self care when I was fried was the most important thing I did today.
