Today I got ready to facilitate a Person Centred Plan. People coming together out of love & compassion to listen to what can make a better life. This is where community shows its worth. Where a person is not seen by their disability but as an equal, valued part of the community where they belong.

Today I have been preparing for a co production event I am running. The event is to explore how we make the Parent and Infant relationship strategy in Calderdale come to life. over 30 local parents will be sharing their views and ideas #co-production #connection #purposeful
