Today I got ready to facilitate a Person Centred Plan. People coming together out of love & compassion to listen to what can make a better life. This is where community shows its worth. Where a person is not seen by their disability but as an equal, valued part of the community where they belong.

Wait a minute. I have something to share. Today can be better than yesterday. It’s within your power to make life as good as it can be. Change starts with us. Every small act of kindness creates a ripple effect far beyond what we see. What can you do to help shape a better world?
