Yesterday, the Senate passed a package of ratepayer protection bills, and my GOP colleagues tried to falsely blame our state's Climate Law for rising rates. But, as usual, the facts got in their way. Here's some truth: the NY HEAT Act will save ratepayers billions of dollars. Let's get it done.
