That said, it seems pretty obvious that a party committed to improving the lives of working people with healthcare and childcare and education and real protections from exploitation by the billionaire class would go far.

Yes! I’ve absolutely had them blow the lid off and ooze all over the fridge like there’s some sort of yeast/bacteria orgy. Horrifying. No other yogurt has ever done that for me.

Full fat Aldi brand plain Greek yogurt is the only yogurt I will eat straight. It's perfect. Chobani is vile and occasionally explodes? Wtf is that about?

We live in hell. But I happily got the pneumonia vax at my annual this week after Walgreens told me I didn’t qualify. Getting every jab I can because I don’t like being sick or getting other people sick.

My husband had open heart surgery a few years ago and it was so scary for all of us. It’s just a particularly scary sounding surgery even if the outcomes are overwhelmingly very good! Sending good vibes. If you have any questions about what to expect, please reach out.

I teach a lot of creative writing and I’m thrilled to say that some of my first AA grads are getting their MFAs now, but I also adore my comp students, who are so smart and capable and ready and eager to be inspired. Community college work is good work.
