Exactly. Overcrowded and unsanitary prisons were set up as early as 1933 for political prisoners and those who resisted the Nazi party.

Agreed. Fiction based on the Holocaust can unfortunately fuel deniers' arguments. And, while yes, Auschwitz was massive, this obsession overshadows the very real and horrific events that occurred at other camps.
