I have been wondering why firm culture has become such a big deal and I think this is part of the reason.
Modern society is dehumanizing, and the mission of the 21st Century will be unraveling that.

The trickle-down myth is deeply embedded in the American psyche and it’s beyond time to excise it.

What will accounting look like in 10 years?
I've been asking lots of accountants this question, but I don't think anyone's thinking big enough. We're in a period of accelerating technology changes, so in 10 years, we could see changes of the same magnitude of the last 20.
