My sister tested herself for COVID just recently and it came out negative with just the nasal test, but positive when she tested her throat as well.

I've had a quick look at this proposal. I can't see mention of the fact that volunteers are required to run school streets. I know this has resulted in failure of some schemes in my home town through a lack of volunteers.

18-24 is a six-year span. I'd be interested in the figures for those in the six years from age 65-71. As a pro-rejoin 65-year-old I see a huge difference in attitude between myself and those also lumped into the huge open-ended over-65 group but who are 15/20 years older than me.

Urgent need for proper journo research about the implications of this. Maybe talk to the LGA and/or an experienced council officer about what happens when a ruling party refuses to deliver on its basic obligations.

Yes, each door has a sensor to count people in and out. This is in Oxfordshire, not sure of other councils.
