Librarian-ing & knitting, mostly. (Not really doing things, as it turns out.)
Another fun exhibit was: A Gathering of Bells by Davina Semo. A long hallway of bells that docents would ring for you.

A week ago, I spent a day in Savannah, mostly at SCAD. All the art was interesting. Some was really fun. My dad's been fly fishing since I was a little kid & makes his own flies & the grad student docent wasn't prepared for how excited I was about these. (These belong to the artist Michi Meko.)

Went to the New England Fiber fest today. Lots of felted things this year. Including this pretty large dragon.

We're deaccessioning a lot of our DVDs. College students just don't borrow them. I built a fair amount of this collection over 20 years & it's sad but at least I can have them for my own collection now.

26 Poblano peppers. I've never tried drying them before but this is the year.

Most grateful for a toaster oven at work when I've made a pizza the night before. Corn, shallot& garden cherry tomatoes with a pesto for sauce. The toaster really added a layer of browning that my oven never quite gets.

But also, this TS Eliot: Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats. Illustrations are fun, but unhinged. I'm keeping this copy for myself.

I took a nap on the couch yesterday. Mia promptly stole it for herself.
