We've done almost this, but we didn't specify ethnically minoritized authors - we just asked folks to tell us important books representing their identities. We're a PWI so a ton of the responses were by white authors, but I'd be happy to email you our list for you to work thru! DM me your address?

As a grad of a program that did include a required management class, I can say with 100% certainty that the employer-led program seems more useful. And am I really going to have retained anything from LIS 538 now, 10 years later, going into my first semi-formal leadership position? Not happening.

I wish there was a way to get involved with my local Indivisible without having to face the barrage of memes they post on a near-constant basis. I don't need to be enraged further, I want to know how to engage.
