Mix 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with 1T olive oil, 4T lime juice, salt & pepper to taste. Maybe stir the stuff in the oven once if you want. Layer, top with slice scallions.

Oven to 425. Cut sweet potatoes to spears, mix with a T each of honey & olive oil, red pepper flakes to taste. Let sit ~10 minutes. Drain a can of two of chickpeas and mix with T olive oil & smoked paprika, salt. Pour each on baking trays, bake about 30 minutes. 1/2
