🪶 I was going through snowy bird pictures, and zoomed in on this bluebird. I wasn't expecting to be able to see individual snowflakes! Found several more, but this is my favorite. Love my new camera and lens. Canon r5 mk ii, rf 100-500L, & through a window, too!

Kiddo saw the poor birdies waiting in the snow by the empty feeders and rushed outside to feed them.

Now he’s designing a cozy bird shelter to keep them warm… and I’m trying to gently explain to him that birds don’t really follow instructions when it comes to using shelters.
