When you look at their squads, it seems like they often sign players that are able to come in and impact the team immediately, or even go straight in the starting 11 without seeing a drop off.

Before the game kicked off, did you agree with Arteta’s decision to start Eze at LW and Merino as the striker?
I was a bit worried seeing the line up as I wasn’t sure they would be the right forwards for the kind of game that Villa were going to give us. Both then ended up being hooked at HT.

If Borbe isn’t trusted, it seems risky to not address GK depth with the current injury situation.

I see a manager not making excuses and giving it everything to squeeze every drop from these players. I see these players going flat out with nothing on the bench to help them, playing with issues. Is everyone upstairs putting in the same effort to help them and reinforce? Maybe. But I don’t see it.
