I agree with this!! I also want healthier foods but with limited time the nearby options are not always the best and usually end up being fast food or to go snacks.

I remember this too! I know a lot of people hyped it up bcs of their 'transformations' in a week, but they never lasted. Eating only watermelon isn't sustainable and definitely won't lead to long term results or success. Its lacking nutrients like protein and fats.
