if your words can be used against you like this then why are all the stalkers, rapists and abusers not in jail. they make threats every day against their victims and the law claims there’s not enough “evidence”. yet one statement is enough for 15 year charge??? the judicial system is a joke.
Briana Boston, the Florida woman who said “delay, deny, depose” on a call with BlueCross BlueShield after a denied claim, has been placed under house arrest.
She is still facing a charge of threatening to conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism.
