Screaming into the void here—My health insurance is going up $950/mo next year for a catastrophic plan in the ACA. $7000 deductible. Felt someone should know

My bank has put up a definition of FDIC on their homepage of their online banking app. It wasn’t there a few weeks ago and it gives strong “your money is only so safe as the full faith and credit of the US government which these days🤷‍♀️” vibes

Not that anyone sees my posts…here’s what the Dems in the senate doing with the small amount of power the American people gave them last November
I’ve got the morning shift. This guy is dangerous and unfit to serve and I’m about to explain why. Tune in: www.senate.gov/legislative/...

The phone tree in @fetterman.senate.gov office directed me to a being disconnected. So that’s special. Honestly, in all my years of calling my elected officials like the system is set up to do, Fetterman’s office is the most difficult to communicate with. Do better.

Good morning, Bluesky. Today’s #GoodMorningNews: a trial at Washington University’s school of medicine has shown great results for a vaccine that would prevent recurrence for a particularly aggressive form of breast cancer. It’s a small trial, but 3 years later 16/18 participants remain cancer free

I honestly don’t know what’s more exhausting: the transition team shitshow or the Dems repeatedly taking away the wrong message. I’m so done—if you’re looking for me, I’ll be under a rock for the foreseeable future
First quote in this new @politico.com story is from RI's Dem committeeman Joe Paolino: "The progressive wing of the party has to recognize — we all have to recognize — the country’s not progressive, and not to the far left or the far right. They’re in the middle” www.politico.com/news/2024/11...

I’m new around here and trying to figure it out. I seem to have found some of the historians and journalists I want to follow but I’m only seeing cats. Nothing wrong with cats but why isn’t the algorithm at least checking if I want to see dogs? Yes! I do! Dogs got me through Trump 1. I need dogs
