Really the fundamental problem is that "guy who decides if you get to transition or not" is a job that shouldn't exist. Every other issue in trans care is downstream from that.

I hate it when a song you love gets put in an advert and then you just associate it with that. Turn the Page by The Streets is a banger but when I have to hear it every time I open up a fucking YouTube video it makes the song so hard to enjoy.
