Trump didn’t rise to power in a vacuum. Shame on Americans—especially those in high office—who repeatedly enabled this. America is afflicted with selfishness and ego, blind to the consequences. Only when it directly impacts them do they care to see.

I’m still stunned that they made this choice to meet with Trump. You don’t meet with someone they themselves compared to Hitler. This makes them either opportunists or cowards. Either way, Trump’s goal of destroying them has been achieved.
